I'm really into food. I like eating it, cooking it, obsessing over it. Some of my best writing (in Hungarian) explores the intersection of food and politics: from how Francoist repression led to San Sebastián's Michelin boom, to how post-war geopolitics in East Asia turned ramen into a global staple.
